For your convenience, Russ holds group training classes for corporate businesses, boot camps, online Zoom and mum’s classes.

Training Sessions

Russ’ group training sessions take place both indoors and outdoors and he likes to arrange “out of class” activities with his clients such as meeting for events, going out for a meal etc. He also enjoys engaging with his clients on social media, keeping them motivated for fitness.

Circuit Training Classes

Circuit Training PosterCircuit training is suitable for all fitness levels and is a fast paced combination of weights, core, cardio and plyometrics. No class is ever the same, so your body will always be guessing what’s coming next. This is the perfect way to get rid of fat and tone your muscles. Russ holds outdoor classes twice a week at Clifton Downs:

  • Tuesdays – 6:30pm
  • Wednesdays – 6.30pm

Boxercise

boxercise group training outdoorsRelease all that stress by literally punching your way to fitness with one of Russ Athletics’ boxercise classes. A combination of punching, cardio, core and technical skills will make you feel great and give you a full body tone. With music and equipment provided, you’ll be keeping in good health whilst having fun at the same time.

small fitness classesThis is fabulous for small groups, enabling you to work as a team and have fun. However, it will be hard work, but worthwhile. Your first session will be absolutely free of charge, so get booking because your body will thank you for it!

Small Group Training

If you wish to train with familiar faces then Russ Athletic can arrange it. You can train with family, corporate and work colleagues or you and some friends. Russ will train all of you at the same time for the same price up to 4 people then it’s just £5 per person. Kids are welcomed, encouraged and free.

Zoom Fit Training

Book a Zoom Fitness class and train from the comfort of your own home. zoom fitness classesZoom fitness is an ideal solution if you cannot get to the gym because of lockdown. Zoom Fitness group classes are held at the following times:

  • Mondays – 1pm
  • Wednesdays – 12pm and 5.15pm
  • Thursdays – 1pm
  • Fridays – 6.30pm
  • Sundays – 10.30am
